Simon Chamorro is a strategy professional with experience in consulting and execution at high-growth companies in Latin America. He worked as a consultant at Bain & Company, focusing on strategy projects and private equity due diligence, as well as leading generative AI application initiatives in consulting engagements.

Subsequently, Simon served as Senior Strategy & Capital Analyst at Loft, one of Brazil's leading proptechs, working directly with leadership and investors on corporate strategy, M&A, and investor relations topics, including growth analyses, capital allocation, and cross-functional strategic initiatives.

Simon holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering and an M.S. in Construction Management & Data-Driven Computational Mechanics from Columbia University, combining a quantitative background with a pragmatic business approach to decision-making.

Currently, Simon serves as Strategy & Operations Manager at Avra and is a Partner at GR8 Ventures, supporting early-stage companies with strategy, execution, and fundraising. He is a native speaker of three languages (Portuguese, English, and Spanish) and an enthusiast of various sports.
