Natalie Witte

Natalie Witte holds a law degree from UFRJ and a postgraduate degree in the Corporate Law program at FGV-Rio. With more than 20 years of experience in legal management for technology companies, such as Orange Business Services, Movile and the Digital Accelerator 21212, Natalie Witte is a specialist in corporate law, M&A, company regularization, Business Negotiation and contracts in the digital and technology market areas, covering a wide range of sectors.

Today, she puts her extensive knowledge into practice through a legal consultancy that advises Startups and Angel Investors, at different stages of growth, in addition to being a mentor in several acceleration programs.

She is an angel investor in some startups (Previsiown, Telllinks, Cyberlabs, Justify) and Ferdinander Brewery (a family business), was the winner of the Startup Awards, the Oscar of Entrepreneurship, as Best Legal Advisory of 2016, and is Vice-President of the OAB/RJ Commission on Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Law.

She is an incubator and angel investor (at the same time) of the most promising startups ever generated: her children!
